Product design, Art Direction, Branding, Packaging, E-Commerce website design and development. Flavour creation, naming and illustration. A strong focus on edible botanicals, including flavours Crystallised Rose and Bronze Fennel Toffee. Managed all collaborations between brands such as Simon James Concept Store, Kinfolk, Golden Dawn, Meadowlark and Ingrid Starnes. Polka Chocolate was stocked at design stores throughout New Zealand. It was a very successful product and featured in numerous publications nationally and internationally.
